Key achievments:
- Research and evidence: Conducted in North Macedonia, Serbia, and Bulgaria,
involving 150+ documents, 30 in-depth interviews,
and 6 focus groups to identify key challenges and
opportunities in the social enterprise sector.
- Youth empowerment: Trained 90+ young people and youth workers in
using the Barometer to analyze and strengthen their local ecosystems.
- Knowledge outputs: Published three national research reports and localized Social
Enterprise Barometers for each partner country.
- Visibility and engagement: Reached over 10,000 people through
media, conferences, and round tables engaging 160+ stakeholders from
government, academia, business, and civil society.
- Regional cooperation: Created a replicable assesment framework fostering collaboration between
youth organizations, policymakers, and social enterprises in the region.
