The caravan of 12 educational workshops and one national conference actively e-engaged more than 1200 young people from different regions in Macedonia. The project was aimed at educating young people for proper use of the benefits of the new technologies as well as raising awareness among them for the advantages of the new technologies for youth involvement and making positive societal changes.
Main project objective
The project was aimed at raising awareness about the benefits of a digitally inclusive society, as well as helping young people from each region of Republic North Macedonia develop new skills and knowledge and encourage them to use the opportunities and benefits of the ICT tools for their active participation and contribution towards one inclusive digital environment.

Main project activities
Main project activities of “e- ENGAGEMENT” included a caravan of 12 educational workshops in 12 cities across North Macedonia finalized by a closing conference in the capital city. Within the main project activities, over 1200 young people were encouraged, educated and motivated to use the potential and the benefits of the new technologies for free access to the internet, to share information and services as well as to actively participate in the community. The workshops were held in the following cities: Gostivar, Krusevo, Kavadarici, Kumanovo, Kratovo, Delcevo, Sveti Nikole, Struga, Vevcani, Gevgelija, Strumica and Stip Each of these workshops was attended by 100 people at the age between 16 and 26, and the most active and motivated 150 young people were part of the final conference in Skopje.
